The Housing Corporation of Canada had a plan.

This post is the contents of a folder found amongst my father’s papers, primarily containing a press release from the Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation of Canada, announcing their plans for the re-purposing of the Rochdale Collage building as a retirement home. It included a press release, backgrounders, photos of sudo-evidence shots showing the state of the building after the students left, and staged after shots of a nice elderly couple in one of the renovated units. The folder also contained a selection of clippings my father saved and a rough draft of an article he was working on. I don’t know if the article was published at this time…
